Wendy's Music was founded in the 80's by me, Wendy Brentnall-Wood.I have always been passionate about making music and started by singing under the kitchen table before I could really talk.
I started formal piano lessons around age 8 and from there, I just kept picking up more instruments and having lessons or teaching myself. Recorder, Guitar, Clarinet, oboe, flute, sax, Violin, drums and still I sang.
I qualified as a Music Teacher in 1981 and haven't stopped teaching since. I have run music schools and programs for over 35 years now and love to help students and teachers get started in an efficient and fun way. I enjoy mentoring and supporting people to help them avoid having to go through the trail and error issues that I did.
